High Surf Advisory - Swimming Prohibited 
The National Weather Service has issued a High Surf Advisory for Monmouth County from Wednesday through Friday. Large waves of 6–9 feet are expected on Wednesday, with waves possibly reaching 8–13 feet on Thursday.
Swimming is strictly prohibited. For your safety, do not enter the ocean when lifeguards are not present or after hours. Dangerous rip currents and hazardous surf make entering the water extremely unsafe.
We ask all community members and visitors to please follow these warnings and keep safety first.
