INCIDENT: Suspicious Subject / Warrant Arrest

SUSPECT(S): Paul Boubion, 47-years-old, resident of Apple Valley

SUMMARY:
On Monday, August 18, 2025, Sheriff's Dispatch received several calls for service related to an unknown white male subject acting erratically in the Rosena Ranch Community. Multiple deputies from the Fontana Sheriff's Station responded and checked several locations where the subject was last seen.
Deputy Gomez located the subject, later identified as Paul Boubion, near the intersection of Clearwater Parkway and Glen Helen Parkway, in the wash area. Boubian was detained and placed in a patrol vehicle. Boubion had an active arrest warrant for a narcotic-related offense out of the Victorville Superior Court.
Deputies contacted several callers to determine if Boubion was involved in any crimes, causing them to report him to the police. As deputies conducted their investigation, Boubion began banging his head inside the patrol unit while he was handcuffed behind his back, causing injuries to himself. He was transported to San Bernardine's Medical Center for treatment.
Boubion was cited and released at the hospital by Gomez and given a court date to clear his outstanding warrant at the Victorville Superior Court. There were no identified victims related to any criminal charge against Boubion besides his erratic behavior.
