* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Missouri, including the following counties, in central Missouri, Maries, Miller and Pulaski. In east central Missouri, Phelps.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 633 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Bell Creek at Highway HH, Jones Creek at Highway O and Maries River at County Road 621. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, St. Robert, Dixon, Crocker and Devil's Elbow. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
