TOWNSHIP OF DENVILLE
2025 ROAD RESURFACING – TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
The project schedule is subject to changes due to weather or other unforeseen construction issues. Please review posted information on the Township website (https://www.denvillenj.gov) for updates.

Milling and Paving Approximate Dates (First date is Milling and second date is Paving):

Manor Road: August 13 (Completed) and August 21
Birch Run Ave: August 13-14 (Completed) and August 21
Cooper Road: August 14 (Completed) and August 22
Smith Road: August 14 (Completed) and August 22
Cambridge Ave: August 14 (Completed) and August 22
Benedict Crescent: August 18 (Completed) and August 22
Stearns Terrace: August 18 (Completed) and August 25
Rosewood Lane: August 18 or 19 (Completed), August 25
Paula Court: August 19 (Completed), and August 25
East Lake Road: August 20 and August 26
Roberts Drive: August 20 and August 26
Fernwood Trail August 20 and August 26
Franklin Road August 21 through August 25 and August 26 through August 28

All vehicles must be removed from the road on days of milling and paving. You will have access to your driveway during road milling, though temporary delays will occur when the road is being milled in front of your property.

If you need to use your vehicle on the paving dates, you will have to move your vehicle to another location prior to 7AM and walk to your car. Please note the newly paved road will not be able to be driven upon until authorized personnel have removed cones from the end of the road.
