Kipling Water Update 
Kipling Water Assoc has a break in a 10" water main. Some customers could be out of water until tomorrow. Some of the affected areas are New Hope, Hwy 39 North, Hwy 16 West, Hwy 397, and Kellis Store Rd. KWA is working to fix the problem as soon as possible.
