The male victim, 41, was in the listed area when the known suspect drove up in a car and yelled at him. The suspect struck the victim in the face, which caused him to drop his property. When the victim tried to pick up his property, the suspect brandished a knife, took his property, and fled. The victim sustained a minor injury but declined medical attention. SUSPECT: Hispanic female adult.

Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the listed area. Officers searched the vehicle and located a loaded firearm. ARRESTED: Jubai Chhiu-Lim, 25, for weapon charges.

The female victim, 21, was driving in the listed area when the suspects shot at her car. The victim suffered a non-life-threatening injury and was treated at an area hospital. SUSPECTS: Three Black male adults.
5. Robbery (0200) 1900 Block of North Wilson Way, Civic District
The male victim, 25, was approached by the suspects, who held a sharp object to his body while another suspect stole property belonging to the victim. The victim was uninjured. SUSPECTS: A White male adult and a Hispanic female adult.
