The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and the DC Department of General Services (DGS) would like to update the community that the closure date for the playground at Harrison Recreation Center (1330 V Street, NW) has been UPDATED to now close on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, so that it will be open over the Labor Day weekend. Once closed, the playground will be offline through the end of September, weather permitting, for resurfacing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
