2. Robbery (1345) 200 Block of East March Lane, Lakeview District
The female victim, 19, was walking into an area business when she was approached by two suspects. One of the suspects took the victim's property, and the suspects fled on foot. As the suspects ran, one was struck by a vehicle but continued to flee. The victim was able to recover her property. SUSPECTS: Two Black males, 17-19 years old.
3. Homicide (2222) 6300 Block of North El Dorado Street, Lakeview District
The female victim, 19, was in the area when she was shot by an unknown suspects). The victim was transported to an area hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. Detectives responded and assumed the investigation. There is no suspect information.
4. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0010) 600 Block of North San Joaquin Street, Civic District
The male victim, 72, was in the listed area when he saw the suspect in an argument. When the victim intervened, the suspect struck him with a metal pole. Officers arrived and arrested the suspect. The victim declined medical attention. ARRESTED: Jasmin Williams, 30, for assault with a deadly weapon and elder abuse charges.
5. Shooting into a Vehicle (0150) 2400 Block of Somerset Drive, Park District
Officers responded to the listed area regarding the report of gunfire. An unoccupied vehicle and three residences were struck by gunfire. There were no injuries, and there is no suspect information.
