TRAFFIC ADVISORY – PAVING AND MILLING OPERATIONS UPDATE
Today, crews continued milling operations on Franklin Road and completed paving on Birch Run Avenue, Smith Road, and Cambridge Avenue. Please note that Benedict Crescent is now scheduled to be paved on Monday.
As part of the ongoing road improvement project, Franklin Road will be CLOSED on Monday (08/25/2025) at the following locations:
- Route 10
- Franklin Avenue (The Triangle)
Detours:
- Southbound traffic → detoured onto Cooper Road and Palmer Road
- Northbound traffic → detoured onto Route 10 West
In addition, sections of the following residential streets will be closed for paving:
- Benedict Crescent
- Stearns Terrace
- Rosewood Court
- Paula Court
Please plan alternate routes, follow posted detours, and use extra caution when traveling through the area. Officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.
