As of today, 8-22-25, all of Ackerman is paved and the majority of Rustic is paved. The roadways will be opened up within the next two hours. Milling & Paving operations will finish on a small section of Rustic on Monday, 8/25. Milling will begin on Richard, Charles, Albert & Herbert on Monday, 8/25.

Please note that all work is weather dependent, and the schedule is open to change. Any updates will be distributed via all outlets accordingly.
 
During milling operations, roads will be accessible but not recommended for access. Once milling is completed, you will have complete access to your property. Caution is highly advised. Once paving operations begin, you will not have access to your property. Please plan ahead for limited or no access during the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm on the affected streets. Once paving operations are complete, the roads being paved will stay closed to road traffic. Once the contractor and the Department of Public Works deems the asphalt ready to drive on, roads will reopen.
 
Residents parking on the street must obey all traffic laws and parking regulations, including not parking within 50 feet of a stop sign.
