Kipling Water Update 
Kipling Water has had a series of major leaks they have been working to fix. They have brought in contractors, Rural Water personnel, and others to assist in the effort. They are currently bringing communities back online as soon as possible. They believe they will have everyone back no line by Saturday afternoon.
