Flood Advisory until 12:15PM 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Beaufort, Charleston and Colleton.
* WHEN...Until 1215 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1010 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a band of moderate to locally heavy rainfall extending from Edisto Island to Hunting Island. This band will drift to the southwest. A quick inch of rain is possible near high tide. The elevated tide will likely prevent adequate draining in some areas, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hilton Head Island, Edisto Beach, Fripp Island, Parris Island, Hilton Head Airport, Coffin Point, Hunting Island, Harbor Island, Eddings Point and Penn Center.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BEAUFORT, SC ... CHARLESTON, SC ... COLLETON, SC
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
