LOCATION: N State Street/ W Darby Street, San Bernardino, CA
SUSPECT(S): Nicholas Gomez, 25-years-old, Resident of La Mirada, CA
SUMMARY: On Saturday, August 23, 2025, at approximately 12:58 a.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle operated by Nicholas Gomez, due to violations of vehicle code violations. Gomez failed to comply with the stop, prompting a vehicle pursuit. During the pursuit, he exceeded safe speed limits and disregarded multiple stop signs and traffic signals. Eventually, Gomez yielded to law enforcement and was apprehended by deputies from the Central Station.
Gomez was booked into Central Detention Center and is currently being held on $50,000.00 bail.
