The male victim, 20, sold the suspect a product in the listed area. When the suspect opened the product, he was not satisfied, and he began threatening the victim. The suspect broke vehicle windows and then struck the victim several times with a large rock, causing a minor injury. The suspect fled the area in a vehicle. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
