1. Shooting into a Vehicle (2235) 500 Block of West Charter Way, Seaport District
Officers responded to the listed area regarding the report of gunfire. A vehicle was struck by gunfire. There were no injuries. SUSPECTS: Four Black males.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2335) 700 Block of East Loretta Court, Valley Oak District
The male victims, 21 and 16, were inside their residence when the known suspect forced his way in and tried to stab them with a sharp object. The victims suffered minor injuries and declined medical attention. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Noe Fonseca, 31, for assault with a deadly weapon, child abuse, and criminal threat charges.
3. Person Stabbed (0554) 9200 Block of Dalewood Street, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 35, was inside his residence arguing with the known suspect when she stabbed him with a sharp object. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. ARRESTED: Soliah Smith, 25, for assault with a deadly weapon.
