Wilmington Police request public assistance in reference to assault investigation: 
Wilmington Police are investigating an assault that took place around midnight on Friday evening in the 1600 block of Delaware Avenue.
On Saturday, police learned of a video on social media depicting an assault that took place in the block. While the incident was not reported to police at the time it occurred, members of the Criminal Investigations Division were able to identify the victim and begin an investigation.
