Amarillo Police need your help locating a missing endangered 16 year-old boy. He is Israel Palacios and his birthday is 02/04/2009. Israel is 4'11" and weighs approximately 130 pounds. He has Brown hair and Brown eyes. He was Last seen wearing a tan "Scarface" t-shirt, a black baseball cap, jeans, and black new balance shoes.
Israel was Last seen at approximately 06:00 PM at his residence in the 1400 block of N Bivins. He left after an argument with his mother. He is diabetic and needs insulin.
