On August 24, 2025, at 12:08 a.m. Deputy Levi Sims conducted a traffic stop on a Black 2007 Lincoln SUV for speeding on US 41 near County Road 600 South.  Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Sims identified the driver as 24-year-old Rile Inos of Evansville.  During a roadside investigation Deputy Sims ran Mr. Inos through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and discovered that Mr. Inos had never received a valid operator’s license.  Once the on-scene investigation was completed Deputy Sims placed Mr. Inos into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Detention Center where he was charged with Operator Never Licensed.
