Penbryn Road - Emergency Railroad Crossing Repair 
Please be advised that the Conrail grade crossing at Penbryn Road in the Township of Winslow, NJ will undergo emergency repairs due to a surface failure. Work is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 7:00 AM, and is expected to be completed by Friday, September 5, 2025, at 7:00 AM. A temporary road around the repairs will allow traffic to flow. Please see attached traffic control plan.
