Please be advised that Ordinance No. 76-2025, passed by City Council earlier this summer, will begin strict enforcement starting September 2nd. Under this ordinance, trash containers must be removed from the city right-of-way and placed behind the front building line within 24 hours of collection. No more warning tickets will be issued, failure to comply will result in a fine of $50 per container.
