Traffic Alert - Saddle River - E. Allendale Rd - Milling & Paving - EXPECT HEAVY DELAYS & DETOURS - 8/29 - 9/5

Please be advised that the County will be conducting milling and paving operations on East Allendale Road, between East Saddle River Road and Chestnut Ridge Road. Work will begin at the East Saddle River Road side and progress toward Chestnut Ridge Road.
Project Schedule

• Milling: Friday, August 29; Tuesday, September 2; and Wednesday, September 3
• Paving: Thursday, September 4; and Friday, September 5

• Start time on August 29 and September 2: 7:30 AM
• Beginning September 3, start time will be 9:00 AM to accommodate student drop-off at Wandell School
• For school pick-up, police officers will be present to direct traffic in the event that there is active work still taking place in front of the school.

• Expect detours throughout the duration of the project.
• Detour patterns will be fluid as work progresses.
• Detour signs will be posted, and police officers will be on site to direct traffic as needed.
