High Wind Warning until 02:00AM Friday 
* WHAT...Southeast winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph.
* WHERE...Anchorage Hillside / Eagle River.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM AKDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Trees are still fully leafed, and will be particularly vulnerable to damage in strong winds. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds have likely already peaked, but gusts across the Anchorage Hillside up to 70 mph will remain possible over the next few hours. Winds will slowly weaken overnight and diminish Friday morning.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE HILLSIDE / EAGLE RIVER
