* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving, weak cold front will slowly drift south across the region tonight through Sunday afternoon. This boundary will generate showers and thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rainfall. Most locations will see rainfall totals up to 1 to 2 inches.
