* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Coke, Coleman, Concho, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Runnels, San Saba, Schleicher, Sterling, Sutton and Tom Green.
* WHEN...Through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A stationary frontal boundary across portions of the northern Edwards Plateau, the Heartland and the northwest Hill Country will provide a focus for showers and thunderstorms to continue to develop through the rest of the afternoon into tonight. Some of these storms will be capable of producing heavy rainfall.
