In support of J'Ouvert and the West Indian American Day Parade, Flatbush Avenue from Grand Army Plaza to Empire Boulevard and Eastern Parkway from Utica Avenue to Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn will be closed tomorrow, 9/1, from 6 AM to 6 PM. Consider alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.
