* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Coleman, Concho and Runnels.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 231 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Coleman, Ballinger, Paint Rock, Talpa, Valera, Glen Cove, Benoit, Hords Creek Reservoir, Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line and The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 1929. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
