The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) would like to inform the community that DPR will be limiting access to some of the areas at Wilson Aquatic Center (4551 Fort Drive, NW) beginning on Monday, September 8, 2025, to accommodate DC Public Schools (DCPS) 3rd graders learning to swim.
Starting Monday, September 8, 2025, the leisure pool and family changing areas will be closed to the public from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, while DCPS is in session.
DCPS staff will host a presentation and answer your questions on how operations will be impacted this Thursday, September 4 at 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, or 12:30 PM in the lobby of the Wilson Aquatic Center.
