Attend the Southwest Resiliency Park Expansion opening
Mayor Ravi S. Bhalla and the City of Hoboken invite Hoboken community members to a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of the expansion of the Southwest Resiliency Park on Thursday, Sept. 4, at 4 p.m., at 60 Harrison St.
The new 1-acre expansion, designed through an open public planning process, includes active amenities such as six pickleball courts, a full basketball court, a playground, spray feature, and more. The expansion will also help mitigate area rainfall flooding using above- and below-ground infrastructure capable of detaining up to 260,000 gallons of stormwater.
