1. Resisting Arrest (0905) 500 Block of North Center Street, Civic District
Officers contacted the suspect for having two unleashed dogs in public and obstructing the sidewalk. The suspect ignored the officers’ commands and tried walking away. As they attempted to detain the suspect, one of the dogs tried to bite one of the officers, but was unsuccessful. ARRESTED: Raymond Sanchez, 58, for resisting arrest, public intoxication, and warrants.
