At 551 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Ross Lake, or 19 miles northwest of Owyhee, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust possible. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Ross Lake around 600 PM MDT.
