* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Lehigh and Northampton.
* WHEN...Until 230 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1223 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Emmaus, Northampton, Wilson, Hellertown, West Easton, Steuben, Glendon and Lehigh University. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
