Adams Street Parking Lot Closure for Paving and Milling (Railroad Square Improvement Project) 
New Port Richey, Florida – Weather permitting, the City of New Port Richey will begin work on the milling and paving of the Adams St. parking lot located in between Nebraska and Missouri Avenues on Sunday, September 7, 2025. The parking lot will be closed from 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 7, 2025 until 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. This paving project is part of the City’s Railroad Square Improvement project. The City will take all measures to minimize impact and inconvenience for residents, business owners and visitors in and around the affected area.
