The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and the DC Department of General Services (DGS) would like to inform the community that the playground at Fort Stevens Recreation Center (1327 Van Buren St NW) will be closed for surfacing upgrades beginning Tuesday, September 9, 2025 and will continue through the end of September, weather permitting.
