The Fairfax Police Department will be participating in the Ember Stop event tomorrow from 10am-4pm at the Marin Fairgrounds. Admission is free. The event will feature wildfire demonstrations, family entertainment, and the participation of local agencies and climate groups. In coordination with Ross Valley jurisdictions, the Fairfax Police Department will sound its flood siren at 11am to simulate an evacuation. This will be a test only.
