Deputies Recover a Motorized Skateboard and Arrest the Suspect Responsible for the Theft

LOCATION: 23000 Block of Lake Drive, Crestline
SUSPECT(S): Donald Bollinger, 37-year-old male, resident of Crestline
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Friday September 5, 2025, deputies from the Twin Peaks station responded to the above location for a reported theft. Upon arrival, deputies learned a One Wheel motorized skateboard, valued at $1000, was stolen from the location.
The skateboard had a GPS tracker affixed to it. On September 7, 2025, the GPS showed the skateboard's location in the Lake Arrowhead Village. Deputies responded to the area and located Donald Bollinger in possession of the skateboard. Bollinger was found to be on active probation and had a no bail warrant for probation violation. Bollinger was arrested and booked into West Valley Detention Center.
