* WHERE...Western Wisconsin and parts of southwestern Wisconsin, much of southeast Minnesota, and very far northeast Iowa.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The fog is initially developing in the river valleys, but is expected to grow in coverage throughout the rest of the night. Visibilities may vary quickly across short distances and a band of low clouds over central Wisconsin may cause the fog to completely lift at times.
