This is an advisory message from the Highland Park Police Department.

On Sunday, September 14, the annual Highland Park Arts in the Park festival will take place. Raritan Avenue will be closed to traffic between 2nd and 5th Avenues from approximately 8:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Expect heavy traffic and possible delays due to detours directing traffic to alternate routes.

Temporary parking restrictions will be in effect from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the following streets:

• Raritan Avenue (2nd–5th Avenues)

• Magnolia Street (from S. 2nd-S. 5th Avenues)

• S. 2nd, S. 3rd, S. 4th, S. 5th (from Raritan Avenue to Magnolia Street)

• Denison Street

• N. 2nd, N. 3rd, N. 4th, N. 5th (from Raritan Avenue to Denison Street)

Please move vehicles from these areas to avoid towing.
