Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges following an investigation.
On September 9 at approximately 12:24 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the 1700 block of West 3rd Street when they observed a subject engaged in drug activity.
Police made contact with the subject, 34-year-old Stephen Jones, and took him into custody without incident. He was found to be in possession of 5.36 grams of crack cocaine, as well as an Alprazolam pill.
Jones has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance – Two Counts
