Wilmington Police have arrested two men following a drug investigation.
 
On September 9 at approximately 2:14 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division were in the 2100 block of North Locust Street when the observed two subjects engaged in drug transactions. Police stopped the two subjects – 48-year-old Markis Williams and 37-year-old Terris Broadnax – and took them into custody without incident, recovering 12.4 grams of crack cocaine.
 
Williams has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
• Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity

He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $12,000 cash-only bail.
 
Broadnax has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver

He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was released after posting $10,000 cash-only bail.
