Sat 9/13 Eastbound Hilliard Blvd CLOSED between Rec Center & Brigadoon Ct starting 8 AM for 5K. Expect delays; use alternate routes. 
On Saturday, Sept. 13, beginning at 8 AM, eastbound Hilliard Blvd will be closed between the Westlake Recreation Center and Brigadoon Ct for a 5K event. Traffic delays are expected in the area—please allow extra time and use alternate routes. Westbound Hilliard Blvd will remain open. The roadway will reopen once the race concludes. Local access for residents and emergency vehicles will be maintained as safety allows.
