At 618 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 20 miles north of Ute Lake State Park to 6 miles south of Ute Lake State Park, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Tucumcari, Nara Visa, Logan and Ute Lake State Park. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 329 and 340. State Road 104 between Mile Markers 103 and 105.
