* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi, including the following county, DeSoto and West Tennessee, including the following county, Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 650 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch, Memphis, Southeast Memphis, Capleville, Parkway Village, White Station and Plum Point. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
