Boulevard Trolley Path Resurfacing Project to begin Wednesday 9-17-25. 
The next phase of the Boulevard Trolley Path Draining and Resurfacing Project will begin on Wednesday 9-17-25. The location of the construction will be from Overlook Road to Pocono Road. The Trolley Path, between Overlook and Pocono, will be inaccessible during the duration of the project. This phase of the project is expected to last approximately three weeks.
