report of a single vehicle accident on County Road 500 North near State Road 65.  Upon arriving Deputies found a White 2016 Toyota Sequoia had left the roadway and struck a ditch.  While speaking with the driver 82-year-old Perry Keeton of Princeton Deputies detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage from him.  At that point Deputies began a roadside DUI investigation.  At the end of the inquire Mr. Keeton was placed into custody and transported to the Gibson County Detention Center where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Criminal Mischief.
 
Arresting Officer Michael Bates was assisted in his investigation by Deputies Eric Powell, Shawn Holmes, and Levi Sims.
