Weekly Arrest Report: September 8 through September 14, 2025

Between September 8, 2025, and September 14, 2025, deputies from the Colorado River Station / Needles Police conducted multiple investigations that led to the arrest of the following individuals throughout the jurisdiction of the Colorado River Sheriff’s Station:

MARK ROBINSON, 66 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
On Monday, September 8, 2025, at approximately 10:41 a.m., deputies contacted MARK ROBINSON during a traffic enforcement stop near North K Street and Front Street.  During the stop, ROBINSON was found to have three outstanding warrants for CVC14601.1(A)-Driving on a Suspended License and CVC14601.2(A)-Driving on a Suspended License/DUI.  ROBINSON was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  ROBINSON was later issued a citation and released from the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a future court date. 

ROBERT MURCHISON, 40 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
On Monday, September 8, 2025, at approximately 9:15 p.m., deputies contacted ROBERT MURCHISON during a traffic enforcement stop near Riverview Lane and Desert Drive.  During the stop, MURCHISON was found to be in violation of CVC14601.1(A)- Driving on a Suspended License. MURCHISON was subsequently arrested, issued a citation, and released at the scene with a future court date. 

EDWARD HARVEY, 19 Years Old, Resident of Bullhead City, AZ
On Monday, September 8, 2025, at approximately 11:47 p.m., deputies contacted EDWARD HARVEY during a traffic enforcement stop near Bailey Avenue and Lillyhill Drive.  During the stop, HARVEY was found to be in violation of PC69(A)-Obstructing/Resisting Police Officer.  HARVEY was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  HARVEY remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.  

COLEEN CASEY, 59 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at approximately 7:29 a.m., deputies contacted COLEEN CASEY during a call for service reference stolen mail near Broadway St and G Street.  During the investigation, CASEY was found to be in violation of PC530.5(E)- Mail Theft.  CASEY was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  CASEY was later issued a citation and released from the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a future court date. 

ALBERT BULLOCK, 52 Years Old, Resident of Mohave Valley, AZ
On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at approximately 10:57 a.m., deputies contacted ALBERT BULLOCK during a traffic enforcement stop near 3rd Street and D Street.  During the stop, BULLOCK was found to be in violation of CVC12500(A)-Driving Without a License.  BULLOCK was subsequently arrested, issued a citation, and released at the scene with a future court date. 

ANGELA GIERSCH, 34 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at approximately 8:18 p.m., deputies contacted ANGELA GIERSCH during a warrant service near the 2000 block of Luna Vista.  During the contact, GIERSCH was found to have an outstanding warrant for PC647(F)-Disorderly Conduct.  GIERSCH was subsequently arrested, issued a citation, and released at the scene with a future court date. 

COLEEN CASEY, 59 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
On Thursday, September 11, 2025, at approximately 8:17 a.m., deputies contacted COLEEN CASEY during a call for service reference a shop lifting near the 2300 block of Needles Hwy.  During the investigation, CASEY was found to be in violation of PC459.5 - Shoplifting.  CASEY was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail where she was issued a citation and released from the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a future court date. 

MICHAEL JEWELL, 52 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
On Thursday, September 11, 2025, at approximately 7:15 p.m., deputies contacted MICHAEL JEWELL during a traffic enforcement stop near D Street and Cibola St.  During the investigation, JEWELL was found to be in violation of PC496.5(A)-Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.  JEWELL was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  JEWELL remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing. 

CHARLES BURNS, 30 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
On Friday, September 12, 2025, at approximately 8:50 a.m., deputies contacted CHARLES BURNS during a call for service reference a trespassing near the 1000 block of Lillyhill Dr.  During the investigation, BURNS was found to have an outstanding warrant for CVC12500(A)-Driving Without a License.  BURNS was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station where he was issued a citation and released from the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a future court date.  

CHAD FIELDS, 46 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
On Friday, September 12, 2025, at approximately 9:20 a.m., deputies contacted CHAD FIELDS during a call for service reference a trespassing near the 1500 block of Needles Hwy.  During the investigation, FIELDS was found to be in violation of PC602(K)-Trespassing/Obstruct Business.  FIELDS was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  FIELDS was later issued a citation and released from the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a future court date.  

KEVIN CAMPBELL, 41 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
On Friday, September 12, 2025, at approximately 3:25 p.m., deputies contacted KEVIN CAMPBELL during a call for service reference a possible drug overdose near the 1000 block of Front Street.  During the investigation, CAMPBELL was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest for PC3455-Violation of Post Release Community Supervision.  CAMPBELL was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  CAMPBELL remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing. 

MISTY MEDRANO, 45 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
On Friday, September 12, 2025, at approximately 3:25 p.m., deputies contacted MISTY MEDRANO during a call for service reference a possible drug overdose near the 1000 block of Front Street.  During the investigation, MEDRANO was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest for PC1203.2(A)(1)-Violation of Probation and PC368(D)(1)-Theft from Elder over $950.00.  MEDRANO was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  MEDRANO remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing. 

LEONARDO GARCIA, 21 Years Old, Resident of Rialto, CA
On Saturday, September 13, 2025, at approximately 9:05 a.m., officers from the California Highway Patrol contacted LEONARDO GARCIA during a traffic enforcement stop on the West Bound I-40 near mile marker 123.5.  During the stop, GARCIA was found to be in violation of CVC23152(A)-Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  GARCIA was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  GARCIA was later issued a citation and released from the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a future court date.

TINA McGLOHON, 46 Years Old, Resident of Havasu Lake, CA
On Saturday, September 13, 2025, at approximately 10:29 a.m., deputies contacted TINA McGLOHON during a warrant service near the 140000 block of Showboat Rd.  During the investigation, McGLOHON was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest for PC1551-Fugitive Warrant out of Arizona.  McGLOHON was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  McGLOHON remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with no bail, awaiting extradition. 

RICHARD EDMON, 50 Years Old, Resident of Rancho Cucamonga, CA
On Saturday, September 13, 2025, at approximately 8:05 p.m., deputies contacted RICHARD EDMON during a marine enforcement stop near the Nautical on Lake Havasu.  During the stop, EDMON was found to be in violation of H&N655(B)-Boating Under the Influence of Alcohol.  EDMON was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  EDMON was later issued a citation and released from the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a future court date.

WARREN HOLEMAN, 23 Years Old, Resident of Mohave Valley, AZ
On Sunday, September 14, 2025, at approximately 10:45 a.m., deputies contacted WARREN HOLEMAN during a traffic enforcement stop near North K Street and Front Street.  During the stop, HOLEMAN was found to be in violation of PC29825(A)-Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in Violation of a Court Order, PC30305(A)(1)-Unlawful Possession of Ammunition and PC32310(A)-Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Magazine.  HOLEMAN was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking.  HOLEMAN remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department with a bail amount of $30,000.00, awaiting a court hearing. 


The necessity to cite release arrestees is a result of several law changes and voter approved propositions over the last few years. In 2011, Assembly Bill 109 was passed by the legislature. This bill sent thousands of state prisoners to local jails, resulting in county jail overcrowding. Because of lawsuits capping the county jail population, it became necessary to release county jail inmates that were once held in custody. In 2014, the California voters passed Proposition 47, referred to as the Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act. This proposition reduced many crimes to misdemeanors such as Grand Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Shoplifting, Forgery, Burglary, and Drug Possession. With a court mandated cap on the county jail inmate population, it is now necessary to cite release certain arrestees to adhere to the inmate population mandates.
