Flood Warning until 01:00AM Tuesday 
Very heavy rain continues over the Ketchikan area due to an Atmospheric River. The rain is expected to continue through the daylight hours Monday, then shift off to the NW Monday night.
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Near Ketchikan.
* WHEN...Until 100 AM AKDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Some roadways are inundated with water and may not be passable. Area rivers and creek flows are elevated and continue to rise. Storm drains and ditches are clogged with debris. Isolated landslides are possible in areas of steep terrain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 233 PM AKDT, Emergency Manager/Fire Chief reported heavy rain, flooding and brown water in Ketchikan. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected. - Local officials ask to stay away from flooded roadways and to find an alternate route.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KETCHIKAN GATEWAY BOROUGH
