The City of Belleville will be commencing the road project for High St this coming Thursday, September 18th at 7am. High St from Church to W Columbia will be shut down to complete the road repairs. During the milling process, the road will be closed to all through traffic, but residents on High St and Brain Ave will have limited access.
The entire paving project should be complete within 3-4 days, weather
permitting.
