The City of Hubbard & Ohio Department of Transportation Elmwood Drive road resurfacing and rehabilitation project will begin on Thursday Sept 18th. This joint project was made possible by federal & state grant funding as well as local funds. This large project will install ADA compliant curb ramps and pave the entire street from the RR tracks to E. Liberty St. Please drive carefully, ODOT signs have been placed around Elmwood Dr for a safe work zone.
