Wilmington Police arrest man in connection with burglary: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man in connection with a burglary.
On August 13, police responded to the 400 block of North Market Street in reference to a burglary that had occurred in the overnight hours.
The case was assigned to Detective Joran Merced of the Criminal Investigations Division. Through the course of his investigation, Detective Merced identified 40-year-old David Holmes as one of the suspects.
Holmes was subsequently taken into custody and has been charged with the following offenses:
- Burglary (Third Degree)
- Theft Over $1,500
- Conspiracy (Second Degree)
