The Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department will be conducting a live training exercise on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the salt shed parking lot on Fenimore Road, near Nothrup Avenue. This will be a live fire training exercise conducted in a 40-foot CONEX trailer, led by certified instructors. During this time, the public may observe smoke in the area, which is part of the planned and controlled training scenario. This training is an important part of the fire department’s preparedness and public safety efforts.
